The intensity will vary from class to class, you and your teammate(s) will work together to come up with a plan of action and put your best efforts down.
Warm Up and Breakdown of the workout will start at 10 minutes past so that the workout can start at Quarter Past SHARP.
We kindly ask that those attending the classes turn up no later than 5 minutes past the hour so that you can get yourselves acclimatised, jump on a piece of kit and get the heart rate up, ready to move.
