Monday Strength
Squat & Unilateral Lunge/split squat - Lower Body Knee dominant movements are the focus here.

Tuesday Strength
A total body session, cycling through Vertical/Horizontal pressing being our main strength focus.

Wednesday Skill
Build efficiency, skill and strength under fatigue, which transfers nicely when performing high skilled movements in faster paced workouts.

Thursday Strength
Hinge & Upper Body Accessory. Cycling through stages of the deadlift, starting from the top with an RDL and working our way through variations until we are at the floor.

Friday Strength
Biased towards Vertical Pulling and total body strength, you will also experience a culmination of all movement patterns trained at different intensities to complement the week of training.

Saturday Strength
Here we will accumulate some quality volume in our accessory work. Typically starting with some upper body work, moving on to some skill work, finishing with some lower body accessories.
