Here we are looking to keep the intensity between 60-80% of your Maximal Heart Rate. A large percentage of this type of training should be completed at a conversational pace. This work will develop your understanding of how to pace various distances on different machines and serve as a good recovery and regeneration tool around your strength work (SGPTs) either side of the week.

Warm Up and Breakdown of the workout will start at 10 minutes past so that the workout can start at Quarter Past SHARP.

We kindly ask that those attending the classes turn up no later than 5 minutes past the hour so that you can get yourselves acclimatised, jump on a piece of kit and get the heart rate up, ready to move.
